Amy’s Fresh Mexican Dip

You can never go wrong with an awesome mexican dip! I made mine with fresh guacamole and some jalapeno peppers for an extra kick. 🙂

This dip was gone in a flash with many compliments to the chef.  If only they knew how easy it was to make… 😉

Let’s begin!

        Mexican Dip

  • 1 can Frito Lay refried bean dip
  • 2 avocado’s
  • 1/2 lime
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 3/4 of a container of 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 3 tablespoons diced jalapeno peppers
  • black olives slices
  • shredded sharp cheddar cheese

In a shallow dish spread the refried bean dip in an even layer.

In a small bowl mash ripened avocado with lime juice. Sprinkle with 1/8 tspn salt and crack some pepper mixing together until smooth. Spread the fresh guacamole over the bean dip layer. Sprinkle the jalapeno peppers over top.

Next combine the taco seasoning with the sour cream, then spread over the last layer.

Sprinkle the cheese over top of the sour cream, then top with tomato and olives. Serve with your favorite tortilla’s!!

Enjoy your party!!

love,

Miss Amy
