This is a great hardy little breakfast idea with only 3 ingredients. Bacon is optional. 😉
Breakfast Flat Bread
I first take a flat bread and heat it up in a 350 degree oven for 5-7 minutes so that it is nice and warm. In a fry pan I heat up some butter and cook 2 eggs over-easy. While they cook I season them with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
In the meantime, take the flat bread out of the oven and put on a plate. Next, slice down a freshly ripened avocado and some thin slices of cheddar.
When the eggs are done, I slide the cooked eggs onto the warm bread breaking the yolks. Place a few pieces of cheddar over top. Then lay down the sliced avocado. Season with salt, pepper, and a splash of hot sauce or tabasco. Serve with 2 slices of maple bacon. 🙂
Now this is a simple breakfast treat.
