Baby Loaf – Banana Bread

I don’t know about you, but sometimes I just want a slice of banana bread. Well this recipe is perfect for those baby loaf pans or if you have a problem with portion control this recipe is for you.

I didn’t have one of those baby loaf pans, so my bread looks like a flattened toaster cake, but it’s cool, I dig it. 😉

This is a tasty treat that won’t leave you feeling guilty. ♥

Amy’s Mini Banana Bread

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • fresh nutmeg grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon molasses
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ripened banana

Combine the butter and sugar together. Than add the egg, banana, molasses, and fresh grated nutmeg.

Slowly stir in the flour. Pour into a greased loaf pan and place into a 350 degree oven for 50 – 60 minutes or until a fork comes out clean.

Slice down and serve. This bread reminds me of home. It is perfectly moist and oh so delicious!

♥♥ Love, Miss Amy
