Korean Style Potato Pancakes…

I love Korean BBQ and this is one of the reasons why – potato pancakes! These are much different than the American version. For one, the texture is a lot softer and they melt in your mouth. ♥

Korean Potato Pancakes

  • 1 pototato diced
  • 1/8 cup diced onion
  • salt
  • oil for frying

Combine the ingredients together and then, the secret to these masterful potato pancakes – BLEND!

That’s right place it all into a blender until smooth.

This is the magical batter. Heat up a pan full of oil and fry these bad boys up.

They will take about 5-6 minutes on each side.

Serve with some Korean BBQ!

Next time I’m trying sweet potato.
