Fresh Buratta Caprese on a Toasted Baguette…

Ahh…I love this simple dish. It’s so good, and so tasty! All you need is a baguette, buratta cheese, vine ripened tomatoes, basil, olive oil & aged balsamic vinegar.

Slice your baguette into sections. Cut one of the sections long ways and toast.

Take your fresh mozzarella ball and slice in half. Make sure you spread both the skin and the cream onto the toasts.

Layer with sliced tomatoes and season with onion powder, salt, & fresh cracked pepper. Drizzle some olive oil and a tiny bit of balsamic over the tomatoes. Top with chopped basil.
