This creamy potato salad is the perfect side with a kick! You can make it for your next BBQ or dinner and it couldn’t be easier.
The trick to boiling your potatoes in half the time is cutting them into cubes first. Once your potatoes are fork ready – which means you can stick a fork in them, then they are ready to go. 😉
Amy’s Sriracha Potato Salad:
- Apple cider Vinegar
- Brown Mustard
- Onion Powder
Place the drained potatoes into a bowl.
Add 4 parts mayo to 1 part brown mustard. Add a 1/2 teaspoon or so of apple cider vinegar, some sriracha (depending on how spicy you want it), and the remaining ingredients. Toss to coat and place in the fridge. 🙂
This will be a favorite side dish among guests and friends.
You can serve alongside your favorite bbq, hotdogs, or sausage. It’s sure to be a hit!
