Gourmet Crabcakes over Lemon Fettucine

I finally got one of my recipes on video!

Crab Cakes

Lump crab meat
mayo
half lemon (squeezed)
red pepper (diced)
green onion (diced)
saltines
egg
salt
pepper
red pepper flakes
dried tarragon

Sauce

Heavy Cream
Lemon
Fresh grated Parmesan
salt & pepper

dried tarragon

Make sure you add the lemon before the parmesan. Garnish w/diced tomatoes!
