Homemade Crouton Hors D’oevre


Here is a simple and delicious appetizer I have created using homemade croutons! Check out my food video below on how to make it!

Amy’s Homemade Crouton Hors D’oevre


  • (stale bread) Sourdough, French, or Italian
  • 2-3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Herbes de Provence Seasoning
  • few leaves of fresh basil chopped


  • Aged balsamic vinegar for dipping
  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese
