Amy’s Homemade Crouton Hors D’oevre
- (stale bread) Sourdough, French, or Italian
- 2-3 tablespoons of butter
- 1/4 teaspoon Herbes de Provence Seasoning
- few leaves of fresh basil chopped
- Aged balsamic vinegar for dipping
- Freshly grated parmesan cheese
