Caprese Triscuit – Martha Stewart Triscuit Challenge!


Here is the final entry for the Summer Snack Off –  My Caprese Triscuit w/Cherry Tomatoes, Burrata Cheese, and Basil. I absolutely love burrata cheese. It’s fresh mozzarella filled with cream so it’s easy to spread and perfect for Triscuits. I top it with some ripe organic cherry tomatoes and fresh basil with a drizzle of olive oil and aged balsamic. I could not stop eating these – they melt into your mouth, creamy smooth, and bursting with flavor! #Yummy!

Caprese Triscuit: Servings 10


– Burrata Cheese (Sold at TJ’s)
– Organic Cherry Tomatoes
– Fresh Basil
– Olive Oil
– Aged Balsamic Vinegar
– Salt & Pepper for seasoning

Starting with your Triscuit spoon a layer of burrata cheese. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Next on a cutting board slice your cherry tomatoes in half. Sprinkle some salt over top. Layer the tomatoes over the cheese.

Using a small spoon drizzle a tiny bit of olive oil over top. Do the same for the balsamic. Top with fresh basil and Mangia Mangia!
