5-Minute French Dip Sandwiches – Football Sunday Made Easy!

I love French Dip Sandwiches, but personally I do not have the time to cook a roast. It’s football Sunday so let’s whip up some easy 5-minute sandwiches that will taste like you spent hours on them. 😉

Servings (2-4) Ingredients:

  • freshly sliced deli counter roast beef (cold cuts)
  • provolone slices
  • potato rolls
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish in the jar
  • 1 teaspoon onion soup mix packet
  • 10-1/2 oz can of Campbell’s beef broth
  • ground pepper

Pour the beef broth with a teaspoon of the onion soup mix. Heat up for a few minutes on med. heat and pour into a serving bowl. Your Au jus is ready!

Mix together the sour cream and horseradish. Season with some ground black pepper.

Spread a good amount of the horseradish spread onto the potato rolls.

Dip the roast beef into the hot au jus and place on top of the horseradish spread.

Add the provolone on top.

The heat from the au jus will melt the cheese when you close the bun.

Place the au jus in little ramekins and serve. 🙂
