I have made this recipe to some regard many times, but I thought why not create little festive Holiday pots. These are super easy to make and it might just be the best thing you ever had!
Brie Holiday Pots: (Serving: 1)
- Brie triangle, 3-4 long slices cut in half again
- 1 tablespoon butter, quartered (generous)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Flat bread or toasted French Bread
- Sliced apple
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a ramekin add a tablespoon of butter that’s been quartered and place evenly. This helps the brie stay soft and gooey. Next, layer thin squares of brie over the butter in a circle until full.
Top with a couple tablespoons of brown sugar. Place in a pre-heated oven for about 10 minutes or until melted.
In the meantime toast up some french bread or warmed flat bread and slice into pieces. Serve the Holiday pot with some sliced apples and bread on a cutting board. Gently stir and spoon on bread – top with an apple slice and let it melt in your mouth. Each pot is one serving.
Enjoy my Favorite Holiday Treat!
